1 butt end or shank portion of Ham (with bone)
½ bag brown sugar
1 liter Sprite or 7-up
Oven bag

Directions:

1. Cut off any visible fat off ham. Cut hole in top. Place ham inside oven bag in a roasting pan or 9x13" pan. Pack hole and all around ham with brown sugar. Pour almost full liter of soda over and around ham. Seal up bag. Cut 4 slits in top of bag.
2. Cook at 250º for 6 hours. When done, pull ham pieces apart from bone (should fall off easily). Transfer to crock pot on low temperature. Strain all juices and pour over meat.
