BREAD MACHINE DOUGH MIX: IN THIS ORDER'
4 TSP YEAST
4 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
2 TSP SUGAR
2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER

FILLING:
1/2 CUP PIZZA SAUCE OR PASTA SAUCE
1/2 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1/2 CUP SLICED PEPPERONI (MAY USE MEAT OF YOUR CHOICE)
1/2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOM
1/2 CUP THINLY SLICED ONION

SET BREAD MACHINE FOR DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN FINISHED REMOVE DOUGH AND ALLOW TO REST FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES.

DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 8 EQUAL PORTIONS. ON FLOURED SURFACE, ROLL EACH PORTION TO 6 INCH CIRCLE. SPREAD 1 TBSP SAUCE EVENLY OVER BOTTOM HALF OF EACH ROUND LEAVING 1 INCH BORDER UNCOVERED AT EDGE. SPRINKLE REMAINING FILLINGS OVER SAUCE. FOLD DOUGH OVER FILLING TO MAKE HALF CIRCLES. PINCH OR CRIMP EDGES TO SEAL. PRICK TOP SEVERAL TIMES WITH FORK OR KNIFE. PLACE ON GREASE BAKING SHEET.
BAKE AT 400 DEGREES ON CENTER RACK FOR 25-30 MINUTES. LET STAND FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.
