USE BREAD MACHINE AND ADD INGREDIENTS IN ORDER BELOW
1 1/8 YEAST
3 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 CUP BREAD FLOUR
1 1/8 TSP SALT
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER

PRETZEL BATH
2 CUPS WATER
2 TBSP BAKING SODA
SEA SALT
4 TBSP BUTTER

SET BREAD MACHINE TO DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN DONE REMOVE FROM MACHINE. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 6 PIECES. ROLL DOUGH INTO LONG ROPE. LET RISE APPROX 30 MINUTES. PREPARE BATH.

DIP EACH PRETZEL INTO BATH FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTES MAKING SURE TO COAT BOTH SIDES.PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. ALLOW PRETZELS TO RISE AGAIN FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES. BRUSH WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH COURSE SEA SALT. BAKE AT 450 FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES. BRUSH WITH MORE BUTTER AND SERVE WARM.
