2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
2 LBS SHRIMP, PEELED AND DEVEINED

1 SMALL ONION HALVED AND THINLY SLICED
1 CAN (8OZ) TOMATO SAUCE
1 CHOPPED GREEN PEPPER
1 CHOPPED RED PEPPER
1/2 CUP DICED CELERY
3/4 TSP SALT
1/8 TSP GARLIC POWDER
DASH CHILI POWDER

IN LARGE STOCK POT ADD OLIVE OIL, ONIONS AND GARLIC COOK TILL ONIONS TRANSLUCENT, ADD GREEN PEPPER, RED PEPPER, AND CELERY. COOK A FEW MOMENTS THEN ADD TOMATO SAUCE SALT AND CHILI POWDER. LET SIMMER FOR 30-40 MINUTES THEN ADD SHRIMP. COOK TILL SHRIMP TURN NICE AND PINK.
SERVE OVER RICE OR PASTA.
