Batter:
1 box Betty Crocker Moist German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 oz. bottle red food color
1tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa

Frosting:
2 oz. softened cream cheese
2 tsp. milk
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, beat all batter ingredients together. Bake cupcakes according to the directions on the back of the box.

Frosting: In large chilled bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Beat in whipping cream and powdered sugar on high until peaks form.
