2 packages fresh fettuccine pasta
4 - 6 T butter
1 c heavy cream
2 c parmesan cheese, grated
2 lbs shrimp, peeled or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
salt
pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Season shrimp or chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Grill in a hot skillet with olive oil until cooked. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp. They cook quickly and are cooked when they turn pink.

Boil fresh pasta and drain. Return to pan over very low heat. Add butter and toss. Mix in cream and parmesan cheese. Add a little more cream if not smooth and toss until cheese melts. Add shrimp or chicken.
