16 oz sour cream
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 envelope dry taco seasoning mix
1 small onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
2 cups of shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add taco seasoning and mix well. Spread this mixture into the bottom of a 8X8 serving dish. Top with diced oniin, pepper and tomatoes, add more or less to suit your taste. Top with shredded cheese.
