3 or 4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1.5 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350º. With a wooden spoon mix butter into mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and mix in. Add flour last and mix in. Pour mixture into a buttered (you can spray Pam instead0 4x8 inch loaf. bake for 1 hour. Cool on rack and remove from pan slice and serve.
