2-1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
1 T cocoa
2 T light corn syrup
1/4 cup bourbon
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in additional chopped pecans or confectioner's sugar. Store in airtight containers in a cool place for several days to "ripen" for best flavor.

Variation: For "Rummie Yummies" substitute rum for the bourbon.
