8oz cream cheese-room temp
1 c butter-room temp
1 tsp vanilla
6 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift sugar and set aside.
Beat cream cheese and butter on high until creamy.
Add vanilla.
Add sugar in batches. Scrape down sides of mixer in between each addition.

This will make enough frosting to frost a 2 layer round red velvet cake.
