Ingredients:
1 package Christie's Chocolate Wafers
1/2 pint whipping cream

Directions:
Whip cream until stiff adding sugar and vanilla to taste.
Sandwich the cookies with a layer of cream between and use the remainder of the cream as an icing. The cookies will absorb the moisture and become soft, so it is best to make several hours before serving time and keep in the fridge.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This was our family's second favorite Birthday Cake. I usually made 2 boxes of cookies and set them side by side on a serving tray.

Originally, this was Auntie Pat's recipe.
