3 Crisp Crunch Bars; chopped in food processor (set aside)
1/3c water
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
1/4 white sugar
12 oz tub cool whip (or 3 1/2 cups whipped cream)
Oreo Cookie base:
24 Oreo Cookies crushed
1/4 c butter melted
Put in to a 9" spring form pan

Stir choco chips and water over low heat until melted, cool

Beat together cream cheese and sugar till smooth; add cooled choco mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread half the mixture over Oreo cookie base. Sprinkle with half of the Crispy Crunch bar. Top with other half of the mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Crispie Crunch. Refrigerate.
Freezes well.
