6 pork chops
1 onion, chopped fine
1 cup raw rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, water, salt, pepper, soup and onion in a shallow baking dish. Place pork chops over top and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until pork chops and rice are tender.
