6 pieces of chicken
2 T. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
Salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Directions:
Season chicken. In an electric skillet with a lid, heat oil and sear chicken on both sides. Mix water and soup together and pour over chicken. Cover and cook at 250° for 2 hours. Excellent served with creamed potatoes or rice.
