1-1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. oil
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1 package (1 tbsp.) active dry yeast
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water with sugar, oil and salt. Sprinkle yeast over mixture. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Let rise 10 minutes; stir down. Continue rising dough 10 minutes then stirring down every 10 minutes for one hour. On lightly floured surface, roll dough 1/2-inch thick; roll jelly-roll style to make loaf. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes, until done.
