1 lb. ground meat
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
1 19 oz. enchilada sauce
12 flour tortillas
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°. Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in 3/4 cup enchilada sauce and 1 cup cheese. Spoon enchilada filling onto tortillas, roll up and place seam side down, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
