1 lb. ground meat
3 onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 t. chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. In a large skillet cook and stir ground beef until light brown, drain fat. Add onions, and peppers; cook until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Heat through. Pour into an un-greased 2 quart casserole, cover and bake 1 hour.
