1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 egg
1 1/2 cup sweetened applesauce
1 cup raisin, cut fine
1/2 cup chopped nut meats
2 cups flour
2 level tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and butter.
Add egg, beat.
Add applesauce.
Add sifted flour with soda and spices.
Add raisins, nuts and vanilla.

Bake in loaf pan about 60 min.
