2 cups dry macaroni
6 T butter
6 T flour
Thyme
Salt and pepper
Dry Mustard
Little garlic
Parsley
2 cups milk
1- 12 oz block Vermont white cheddar (I use shredded and mix sharp and mild)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni. Melt butter and add flour and seasoning. Cook until bubbly. Add 2 cups of milk and cheddar cheese cut into pieces. Cook at medium high heat until boils. Cook one minute. Remove from heat and stir in macaroni. Place in baking dish. Slice tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with Parmesan bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

I usually double for big dinners and use 13 x 9 pan.
