2 - 3 large chicken breast
1 stick butter
1 package of taco seasoning mix
Flour tortillas or Corn tortillas

Boil 2 chicken breast for about 45 minutes in salted water— (save broth) Let cool
Shred chicken meat
In pan- melt a stick of butter or use olive oil
Add in shredded chicken meat and add 1 can of white chicken breast meat
Add a package of taco seasoning mix and salt to taste
Spoon mixture in taco shells or tortillas with cheese – To soften tortillas- place between paper plates and put in microwave for 30 seconds
