Ingredients:  
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeno chile pepper, chopped fine
1 T minced garlic
2 T Cilantro (fresh), chopped
2 T Lime juice, fresh
Kernels from 1 ear yellow corn, do not cook
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and cubed
1/2 t. salt

Mix all above and refrigerate as long as possible 2-6 hours.

Salt and pepper chicken breasts and let thaw or marinate in fresh lime juice, about 2 limes squeezed. Grill chicken. Serve salsa on side with tortillas, refried beans or black bean. I do a fruit salad also.

NOTE: If you do not have fresh corn can use frozen corn but do not cook the corn, or if you do not have any corn, the salsa is also good without it. The salsa is also good with chips as an appetizer or for a party
