1 lb of applewood bacon cut into small pieces
1 large sweet onion chopped
3 lbs. of ground lean beef
5 cloves of garlic minced
29 oz. of tomato sauce
1 1/2 C. beef broth
3 T. molasses
3 T. Spanish paprika
2 T. Ground cumin
2 T. chili powder and garlic
1/2 c. grated Romano Cheese
salt and pepper
Nathan hot dogs
Buns
shredded cheese for topping

Directions:
In a large skilled, fry the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towel. Add onions over med heat until softened. Add beef and cook until meat is almost brown then add the garlic. Drain excess grease. Add tomato sauce, molasses and beef broth and all spices and Romano Cheese. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add cayenne to taste. Over dogs or in a bowl. Top with shredded cheese and onions
