2 Tbsp. of plain oatmeal
1 banana (works better if banana is frozen)
2 Tbsp. of peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk
5 ice cubes

put oatmeal in blender first and blend it for about 10 seconds

add banana, oatmeal, milk and ice and blend & enjoy

Optional: add a few dashes of cinnamon
