1- 14 oz. bag of caramels
2/3 cup evaporated milk- divide into 1/3 cups
Box of german chocolate cake
3/4 cup soft butter
1- 6oz chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels and 1/3 cup eval milk and melt in microwave.
Combine cake mix, milk and butter.
Beat until it holds together.
Mix in nuts.
Press into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and then cover with caramel mixture.
Bake 350º for 17 - 20 minutes.
Let them cool before you try to cut.
