2/3 cup warm stale beer or ale
2 T flour
2 T soft butter
2 cups diced Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
dash cayenne pepper

Diced tomatoes
crumbled bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender container put in all ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
Pour into a saucepan and heat over simmering water. Stir constantly until hot and smooth.
Serve on hot dry toast with diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon on top.
Serves 4
