6 oz. Turkey Kielbasa sliced thin
1 bottle of Guinness Stout
4 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
1/2 cup of whipping cream
1 T flour
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. minced onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Large Red Potatoes sliced thin
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 c. mozzarella Cheese
1 c. Asiago Cheese
1/4 C. grated Romano Cheese

Bring beer, thyme and bay leaf to a boil in a medium pan and then reduce to low. simmer until liquid reduces to half. Stirring occasionally. Remove spices and cool. Meanwhile, combine cream, flour, garlic, onions, brown sugar and mix well in a small bowl. Add to beer. Preheat oven to 375. Arrange potatoes in a oval or 13 x 9 greased baking pan overlapping slightly. Pour 1/3 of beer mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese and repeat layers. On the second layer add the kielbasa with potatoes. You should have three layers total Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and reduce heat to 350 for another 30 minutes or until golden brown and potatoes are tender
