Bacon- as much as you like
3/4 Sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 or 3 Eggs
2 to 3 cups cold Water
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon. Mix sugar, flour, eggs and beat well. Add cold water, vinegar and salt. Pour over cooled bacon and cook until it thickens. Butter can be substituted for bacon. This dressing can be used for hot or cold potato salad (For cold salad, drain the fat off the bacon), dandelion, hot slaw or lettuce.
