1 (3-1/4 oz.) container red sugar crystals (cookie decor)
1 family size (6 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 small (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 small can coconut flakes
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and Jello together, blending well. add coconut and nuts. Mix well.
Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Shape like strawberries and roll in sugar crystals.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Can be frozen.
Variation: can also be shaped into small balls

Makes an attractive specialty candy. This recipe is from my Aunt Hallie Smith of Princeton, WV,. Very unusual and good.
