1 Bunch of Cilantro -Chop in food processor
2 Jalapenos, seeded and chopped very fine
2 Whole garlic cloves, peeled and chopped mashed
1 oz Vingegar
2 oz Plain water
1 Tsp salt
2 Cups mayo (small jar)

I use a liquor jigger for measuring the oz portions - Blend all in the food processor and store in the mayo jar in the frig
