1 lb browned sausage
12 slices bread (cubed)
10 eggs (beaten)
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tsp.dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste.

Add all ingredients and mix. Bake in a 9x13 casserole at 350º for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean

I boil my sausage in a small amount of water because it removes more of the grease.
This recipe can be made ahead and frozen allow to thaw before baking.
