3 Tbsp. salt
5 oz. (1 1/4 cups) Williams Chili Seasoning
3/4 cups REHYDRATED FROM DRY FLAKES minced onion
1/2 can (106 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 can water (use can to measure
1 jar (4oz) garlic powder divided among 5 pots.

Brown ground chuck, add other ingredients and simmer for and hour or so.
