20 lbs. ground chuck (browned)
5 or 6 onions (chopped)
2 large cans tomato juice
2 cups tomato paste
3 tbls. garlic powder
2 1/2 cup chili powder

Brown and drain meat. Add other ingredients and simmer until all ingredients are done about 1 1/2 hours. This recipe can be made in small batches and frozen.
