24 eggs
2 cups sour cream
1 cup melted butter
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
2 pounds ham chopped
2 pounds American Cheese, shredded
1 Large Onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in mixer bowl until lemon-colored. Add sour cream and butter. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir in drained tomatoes, green pepper,onion ham and cheese.( Saute the onion and pepper in a small amount of butter before adding to eggs) Spoon into 2 greased 9x13 inch baking pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Can be frozen and then baked later.

My family does not like the tomato's, green pepper or onion so I don' add them and I think 1 hour is to long to bake I usually bake about 45 min.
