1 Egg
1/4 lb Butter
1/2 cup Milk
Potatoes
Onions
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. If you wish, a stuffing made with fried onions and parsley in butter can be added to the mashed potatoes. To make the dough, mix the flour, eggs butter, and milk. Roll out dough, cut into tree cornered pieces and fill with potato mixture. Fold the one end of the dough over the filling. Drop into boiling salt water and boil for 20 minutes. Drain and fry in butter, Makes eight "boys thighs".
