8 oz cream cheese
wasabi paste
sesame seeds
soy sauce
rice crackers

Directions:

Take an 8 oz block of cream cheese and roll it out between 2 sheets of Saran Wrap (wax paper doesn't work btw). Remove top layer of plastic. Spread some wasabi paste all over the top and then roll it up (removing bottom layer of plastic as you do). Put on a platter and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top. Pour soy sauce on top when ready. Serve with rice crackers.
