1 whole beef tenderloin
1 recipe Aunt Mernie's Meat Marinade (Soup, Stews, Salads, and Sauces)
4-5 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate meat in a large ziplock bag for 8 hours at room temperature turning frequently.

Preheat oven to 500º. Line broiler pan with foil and spry top with non-stick oil. add about 1/2" of water to pan.

Discard marinade and put meat on boiler pan and top with bacon. Cook for 15 minutes and then turn oven off and leave inside for 40-45 minutes.

Remove from oven and wrap in foil for 15 minutes prior to slicing.
