2-sticks butter
2-cups sugar
5-eggs
1-lb. box graham crackers crushed into crumbs
1-cup coconut
1-cup (Lg. can) crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
1-cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1-tbsp. baking powder

FROSTING
1-box confection sugar
1-stick butter
Saved pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at time beating after each. Add graham crackers crumbs, pineapple,coconut,baking powder and mix well. Then add nuts. Bake in greased tube pan for one hour and ten minutes at 325 degrees.


FROSTING:
Cream butter confection sugar adding small amount of pineapple juice at a time mix until of right spreading consistency. Then frost cake.
