three different varieties of canned beans (kidney, garbanzo, black)

variety of fresh vegetables ( your choice ):
onion, parsley, celery, sun dried tomatoes, green onions, what ever you like

oil and basaltic
vinegar --for dressing
salt and pepper

Directions:

Drain and rinse beans.

Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

Test for seasoning.
