6 oz. caster sugar (fine sugar)
3 large eggs
6 oz. hazel nuts, buy whole and grind up with skins on.
canned peaches, drained
Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Oven - 375º.

Mix caster sugar and eggs. Then add hazel nuts.
Put in greased 8" cake pan. Bake at 375 for approx. 50 min. Make this the day before you want to use it, always.
Just before serving, slice cake from left to right. Fill with canned, drained peaches. Add whipped cream and over top if desired.
