2 c. of cooked pumpkin (need 1 large pumpkin - see instructions)
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
⅓ tsp allspice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs - slightly beaten
unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
For 2 cups of cooked pumpkin - use 1 large pumpkin, peeled and cut into cube. Put in large pot on stove with 3 inches of water. Boil until soft - drain liquid and mash, like doing potatoes.

Mix all ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 400º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and continue to cook for 50 minutes (or until knife comes out clean).
