3T Dijon Grey Poupon Mustard
3T Kikkoman lite soy sauce
3T Brown Sugar (Packed)
3T olive oil
1tsp horseradish
4 salmon steaks 1” thick .

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients & mix well. Pour over steaks & marinate 4-6 hours in refrigerator. You Can freeze salmon in marinade for later use. Grill.

Jill shared this recipe with the family years ago when my dad, Blake and brother, Jim started bringing home Salmon from their Alaskan fishing trips. Blake loved those trips. It is now a staple in our family. I added the part about freezing the Salmon in the marinade. I freeze everything.
