2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 cup milk
4 Tbsp. oil
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Magic Sauce:
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 cups hot water

Directions:

Mix pudding ingredients and spread in a 13x9 pan. In a small bowl combine the 1/2 cup cocoa and 2 cups brown sugar. Sprinkle over top of batter. Pour 3 cups hot water over all. DO NOT stir. Bake 350º for 45 minutes.

This makes a fudgy pudding layer on the bottom of a cake like layer. Really good with whipped cream or ice cream. It tastes like a hot fudge cake.
