2 large Yams (about 1 lb)
1 C Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 C Boiling Water
3 Tbs Flour
1/2 Cube Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Wash yams. Puncture a few times with a fork. Place on paper towel on microwave-safe dish. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes for the first yam, plus 2-3 minutes for each additional yam. Turn over yams halfway through cooking.

Mix all remaining ingredients and boil until thick and pour over cooked, sliced yams. Bake about 30 minutes in oven at 350º.
