2tbsp. Lemon Juice
Dash Cayenne Pepper
1/2 cup Butter, Melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place the egg yolks, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper in blender. Cover and quickly turn the blender on and off until thick and creamy. Then turn blender on high and slowly pour the melted butter in until thick and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
