1 lb. Baby red potatoes cut into 1 inch chunks
1 lb Chicken breast tenders
1 bag (12 oz) broccoli florets
8 oz Cooked ham in one piece. Cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 C. Shredded Swiss cheese
2 T Chopped fresh parsley
1 Clove garlic minced

Preheat oven to 350º
In microwave safe large bowl, place potatoes and 2 T. water. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Add chicken and all remaining ingredients to potatoes and toss to mix ingredients well. Transfer mixture to 13X9 baking dish. Bake uncovered 50-55 minutes or till chicken is cooked and cheese begins to brown.
