1-1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, 90% lean
1 (45 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce "flavored with meat" variety
1 (9 oz.) package Barilla oven-ready lasagna noodles
1(16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
4 c.mozzarella cheese, grated
4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray Pam on a 9 X 13 pan. Brown hamburger and drain off fat. Add garlic and Raga sauce. In large bowl, combine 3 c. mozzarella cheese, 3 c. Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese. Mix well. Ladle some of the sauce mixture into the bottom of the 9 X 13 pan. Place a layer of uncooked noodles over that. Add another layer of the sauce mixture and then a layer of cheese. Place a layer of noodles in the pan, followed by a sauce layer and cheese layer. Add another layer of noodles, followed by a layer of sauce. Top with remaining 1 c. mozzarella and 1 c. Parmesan cheeses. Bake for 40 min. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
