Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c raw rice (6 c cooked and drained)
3 tbsp oleo or butter
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
1 medium chopped onion
1 large head broccoli, chopped and par boiled 5 minutes
(or 3 pkg frozen, defrosted broccoli)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
French fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
sauté sliced mushrooms and onions in the butter. Mix all but cheddar cheese and fried onions. Put in a large greased 9x13" baking dish. Cover with cheese and then onions. Bake 325º for 1 hour or more till hot clear through.
