2 T. butter
1 onion, diced
1 c. celery, diced
4-5 potatoes, chopped
3-4 carrots, chopped
1/2 head broccoli, chopped
3 1/2 c. water
2 chicken bullion cubes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter, onion & celery until clear. In a different saucepan, add potatoes, carrots & broccoli. Cover with water and boil for 15-20 minutes & drain. In a soup pan, add water, bullion, soup & cheese. Cook on low heat & stir until smooth. Add vegetables & enjoy.
