2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 large eggs
1 c. sugar

Filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 T. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake:
Preheat oven to 375º. Grease 15x10" jellyroll pan (can use a cookie sheet)
Line with wax paper. Grease & flour wax paper. Beat eggs & sugar together, add pumpkin. Combine dry ingredients & add to pumpkin mixture. Spread evenly in pan & bake for 13-15 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a kitchen towel. Invert cake onto towel & remove wax paper. Roll cake & towel together & cool on wire rack.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese and all filling ingredients until smooth. Carefully unroll cake & remove towel. Spread filling over cake & reroll the cake. Wrap in plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut into sections (1/2-1") thick. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
