4 squares chocolate
1 stick butter
1 cup water, warm to hot
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1 cup sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Melt chocolate and butter together. Add water and vanilla and mix well. Beat eggs until lemon yellow. Slowly add the sugar and mix well. Combine sugar and chocolate mixtures and blend well.

Sift the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Add to the chocolate mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Blend well.

Bake until done, about 35 minutes.
